“Four months ago I had 2 back to back emergency surgeries in the span of just 2 weeks because of endometriosis I didn’t know I had. It ravaged my lower intestines and bowels causing multiple bowel obstructions. I was hospitalized for 11 days, 7 of which with nothing but IV fluids keeping me nourished, and 5 incisions in my belly one of which is 4 inches. When I was discharged, the doctors gave me little to no direction on how to start eating again. I was completely lost, I tried eating what I thought would be easy to digest foods but instead, it caused me extreme digestion pain or I would just get sick again. I became afraid of food, I lost weight rapidly (which is bad for me) and often would nearly pass out because I hadn’t had enough to eat, because I was afraid of the pain. These post op complications lasted until one week prior to starting with Amanda. I had a tall list. I needed someone who could help me learn to eat again post op, to regain weight in a healthy way, and learn to eat an anti inflammatory diet to help with my endometriosis.

Within the first week working with Amanda my pain had decreased 50%, by the second week I was off all my post op meds and my pain was next to none. “I tried the Reboot program as another desperate attempt to get my chronic migraines under control. “For most of my life, I have struggled/suffered with urgent unhealthy bowel movements that made it difficult to get out the door when I wanted or difficult to socialize without frequent embarrassing bathroom breaks.
